The Instituto de Técnicas Avanzadas contra el Cáncer declares its commitment to comply with current legislation on data protection, specifically with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 approving the Regulations for the development of the LOPD and other applicable legislation.
